✻ Pet's first name will be on the front of the tag. Address and/or phone number will be placed on the back of the tag unless specified otherwise.
✻ Please specify all customizations (pet's name, address, phone number) at checkout.
✻ If no specifications are listed, the tag will be printed "blank" with just the pattern.
