Return & Exchange Policy

✻ Unfortunately, most of our items/stickers are customized & made to order; therefore they are not eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us with any problems or concerns.

✻ Returns for extenuating circumstances are subject to approval by Palmetto Pup Co LLC.

✻ Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

✻ Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returning items. 

✻ For extenuating circumstances approved by Palmetto Pup Co LLC, customers must submit a return request within 72 hours of the parcel's tracking number marked "delivered".

✻ Return requests after 72 hours of the package being delivered will not be accepted. 

✻  Refunds will only be submitted to the original method of payment.

✻ Please allow time for the refund to be processed by your bank.

✻ If the refund has not shown up within 3-7 business days please contact your bank.

✻ Please note: we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

✻ Kindly, submit a claim with the USPS or the shipping carrier as this is out of our control.
